Organism remarks Trees, 12 m high. Leaflets firm leathery, fairly glossy, upper side darkish green, lower side medium green. Bracteoles dark red. Sepals and petals pink-red. Adaxial petal with pinkish red claw, plate white, sometimes with pink veins. Disc dark pink. Ovary white with brown hairs on sutures. Style pink. Young pods very pale green, sutures red. In all flowers the large petal already dropped or withered or still in bud: night flowering?
