Organism remarks	Slender treelet, c. 4 m high. Leaves papery, dull, dark green above, slightly paler green beneath. Fruits globose, 15 mm in diameter, longitudinally grooved becoming brown at maturity. Persistent calyx lobes also brown, spreading.
