Organism remarks Tree, 6 m high. DBH 4 cm. Leaves up to 43 cm long, leathery, glossy, upper side dark green, lower side medium green. Infructescence 50 cm long, upright. Peduncle and pedicels bright orange. Pedicel (?) halfway with a joint, after the joint the pedicel swollen, orange-red. Fruit orange-brown, elliptic from above, obovate from aside, 23 x 28 x 23 mm, apex asymmetric, apiculate. Pulp orangish. Seed brown, endosperm somewhat transparent white. Fruits eaten by rodents.
