Occurrence remarks Tree, 35 m tall. DBH: 98 cm. Young stems with orange-brown pubescence, older stems naked. Leaves leathery, above medium to dark green, slightly glossy, beneath medium to pale green, more dull. Calyx reduced to a small ring at the flowerbase. Petals 4-6, pale green. Stamens 12-20. Honey glands brown-purple. Ovary green. Fruits green, brown marbled. Exuding red-brown sticky juice. Inside fruit is eaten. Mature fruits elliptic, 41 x 35 mm.
