Occurrence remarks | Tree, growing in edge of Raphia swamp, along the road. DBH. ± 25 cm, about 20 m tall. Very low, very long buttresses. Crown widely spreading. Flowers pale yellow-creamy. Anthers brick-red, with a very distinct whitish gland on the connectif. Pollen dark yellow. Common everywhere in the area, also on the hills, but most often a big tree, difficult to collect. |
