Organism remarks Tree, about 30 m tall, pale grey scaly bole, dense crown, dark red-brown branches, leaves rather coriaceous, smooth, deeply glossy rather dark green with pale yellowish midrib and nerves above, dull greenish silvery with obscure reticulation and prom. Yellowish midrib bellow, pedicel and calyx pale green, corolla green, silvery puberulous in bud, turning yellowish, inside and inner petals white, turning yellow, carpel smooth, pale green, pulpy inside, scarlet, seeds shiny black with a small fleshy orange aril.
