Occurrence remarks | Hemiparasitic shrub, growing on some Rhizophoraceae (probably the species of (Wieringa & van de Poll 1368). Leaves leathery, above glossy, dark green and with a pale green to pale orange midrib and secondary nerves, beneath somewhat glossy, pale green and with tiny brown dots. Young buds yellow with some pale red lines in the middle, older buds purple - red, but yellowish-green at the base. Fruits first yellow-orange, turning orange-red. |
