Organism remarks Treelet, about 10 m tall, DBH.: + or - 24 cm., growing on sandy bank and overhanging the river. Outerbark smooth, grey. Wood whitish, rather soft. No real buttresses, but low well developed root settings. Leaflets hard leathery, dull green above nearly the same colour beneath. Calyx completely closed in bud, opening with 4 valves., 3 narrower the 4th about twice as broad. Petals 5, 5 white, the 5th pale yellow. Pods brown pubescent. Fertile stamens 9, anther dorsifix.
